The original owner was a surgeon who leased the car for the first two years and then purchased it off-lease (8/28/2009) only to keep it for another two years (7/11/2011) when I acquired it while living in Texas. On the title you will find 3 owners, however owner one and two are the same person. In 2012 I moved to WA-state where it currently is kept. Both factory keys and all operating manuals in OEM leather storage case come with it. NOTABLE MAINTENANCE ITEMS: For a full overview of all maintenance a complete log can be provided. EXTERIOR PAINT: The Aero side skirts came unpainted and were professionally painted two-tone: Interlagos blue on top with white along the bottom. The front and rear bumper have lower mold-lines and this two-tone paint scheme was extended all around along the bottom of the car. Scratches in the front fangs were repaired and the fangs were repainted when the two-tone paint job was applied and are currently undamaged. I also had the shop paint two sets of angled BMW M-stripes that butt against the mold lines in the front bumper. The mirrors and center of the roof are now finished in white to match the two-tone paint scheme. Later, the hood received two white decals (removable) and there is a small red tape line separating the blue and white. Everything was professionally applied and looks really sharp – I continuously receive a lot of complements. STORAGE: Car has always been garaged, is on a battery tender and it is stored on a Quick-Jack to avoid flat spots in the tires. REASON FOR SALE: Considering another house/downsizing with no garage space to store it. Considering the low miles and limited use, it is up for sale. Well cared and maintained, cherished, and a true collectable. Over $10,000 spent on maintenance and parts. The car is listed as is and comes with all OEM parts (except the OEM style 224 wheels) – it can be returned to stock however I hope the right buyer will enjoy and cherish unit “1528” as is as much as I did.
